Please contact the Board Administrator at 502-782-0722 if you have any questions about renewal.  Renewals are due no later than June 30th, failure to pay by this date will add an additional $125.00 late fee. If the renewal and late fee are not paid by December 31, 2023, the license will be cancelled on January 1, 2024.

If you are not sure if your continuing education was reported (had to be done no later than May 31, 2023) please call the Board Administrator, as a $300 penalty will be added if not done or reported.
