*Complete renewal refers to the renewal form and CE that is earned between July 1st of previous year and June 30th of renewal year. If CE is not earned, the late renewal form, late renewal fee, CE penalty fee, and CE will be doubled for the next renewal. Call KBA for the late renewal form.
